2020-21 Ticket Rollover Information

Information regarding 2020 season ticket memberships, single-game tickets, parking passes, and other purchases that can be rolled over to the 2021 Pippins season is below. Pippins staff will be reaching out to all ticket buyers by June 15. Season Ticket Memberships

  • Members who have paid in full can roll over their 2020 season tickets in full for the 2021 season.
  • Members who have purchased a full-season parking pass can use that pass in 2021.
  • If members have not yet paid in full, payments must be completed by Aug. 1, 2020, to qualify for extended benefits.
  • Extended benefits of rolling over tickets:
    1. Members will receive free tickets (and parking passes, if a full-season parking pass was purchased) to two additional games in 2021. The Pippins will have 32 home games in 2021.
    2. Members will receive one commemorative souvenir Pippins-themed T-shirt for each season ticket membership purchased at no additional cost for rolling over their tickets to 2021.
    3. Members will be invited to a season-ticket holder barbecue prior to the 2021 season at Yakima County Stadium to watch a preseason practice, mingle with players after practice and pose for a group photo with players.
    4. Members will be invited to a season-ticket holder holiday party/Hot Stove League session with head coach Kyle Krustangel and staff this winter.

 

Family Pass members

  • Members who have paid in full can roll over their 2020 Family Pass in full to the 2021 season.
  • Members who have purchased a full-season parking pass can use that pass in 2021.
  • If Members have not yet paid in full, payments must be completed by Aug. 1, 2020.
  • Benefits of rolling over Family Pass:
    1. Members will receive free tickets to two additional games in 2021 (and parking passes, if a full-season parking pass was purchased).
    2. Members will be invited to a season-ticket holder barbecue prior to the 2021 season at Yakima County Stadium to watch a preseason practice, mingle with players after practice and pose for a group photo with players.

 

Mini Season Tickets/Voucher buyers

  • Fans who have purchased vouchers and Mini Season Ticket Plans can roll over those purchases to 2021 season.
    1. Mini Season Ticket Plan buyers will have to reselect games for 2021.
    2. Voucher buyers who have already redeemed vouchers for 2020 will need to select new games for 2021.

 

Single-Game Ticket buyers

  • Single-Game Tickets purchased for any game can roll over the purchase to 2021 at no additional charge.
    1. Game tickets will need to be reissued.
  • Box office ticket prices will not increase for the 2021 season.

 

Parking Pass buyers

  • Single-Game Parking Passes purchased in 2020 can roll over the purchase to 2021 at no additional charge.
    1. Parking passes will not need to be reissued since they were printed with the 2020 year on each pass. Parking passes from 2019 or earlier seasons were only valid in those years. Only parking passes with the years 2020 or 2021 will be accepted for the 2021 season.
  • Prepaid parking pass pricing for individual games will not increase for the 2021 season.

 

Food Voucher Buyers

  • Food vouchers purchased in 2020 can roll over to 2021 at no additional charge.
    1. Food vouchers will not need to be reissued since they were printed with the 2020 year on each voucher.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds for any ticket, parking, or food/beverage voucher purchases must be requested by Aug. 1, 2020, by emailing info@pippinsbaseball-com.securec42.ezhostingserver.com or calling 509-575-4487 and talking with your account executive. No refund requests will be processed after this date.
